How to instantly switch your mood from sad to happy

Source: Pinterest Life is full of challenges. Sometimes these challenges become so overwhelming that one may forget what happiness feels like. One thing most of us don’t know is that being sad and depressed won’t help solve problems. It’s okay to cry, but since crying won’t help either, wipe off your tears when you’re through with crying and move on. Try to be happy. If you’re wondering how you can be happy with so many problems, here are a few tips to help put you in a good mood despite what you’re going through. 1. Smile In as much as a smile is brought by joy, it can also make someone happy. There are times when you feel down because of what life has thrown your way. It doesn’t matter what you are going through, just smile. Smiling positively affects your brain. It stimulates happy feelings. Showing the world a sad face won’t help solve your problems. Characteristics of fake friends

True friendship, just like true love is not easy to come by. We often make mistakes when choosing friends. It could be because we’re afraid of being alone or we think that they are doing us a favor by being our friends. Here are a few pointers to help you know if your friend is worth keeping or not: 1. The rules below can apply to anybody who wants to grow long hair: Love your hair Loving your hair means accepting your hair as it is. It doesn’t matter if it’s naturally kinky or straight. You should be proud of your hair. Marvel in its uniqueness. Treat it like something you treasure the most and you will be surprised. Your hair will love you back. It will reward you with length, thickness, natural shine and strength. Be kind to your hair Some people are so ruthless with their hair. They comb it as if they are angry with it. They end up breaking it in the process. Hair breakage is one of the reason why hair does not increase in length. If your hair is kinky, then it needs extra care because it is dry hence highly prone to breakage. Don’t let anybody, be it a stylist or even yourself bully your hair if you want to achieve more length. Apart from poo

Have you ever experienced scalp irritation or itchiness? It happens to me and I hate it. Many people believe that when it happens it means that hair is growing. Some say that experiencing scalp irritation a few days after your salon visit, especially after having your hair plaited means that the hair stylist’s hand is bad. Bad because it causes scalp irritation to customers.   Others say that scalp irritation happens when the hair is dirty and needs to be washed. There are many more explanations of scalp irritation. Personally, I do not understand the science behind it. Over time I have realized that there is a solution to this problem. I use an orange juice spray when my scalp itches. The orange juice spray is easy to make and works for me. I think it can work for you too. You can use it on your natural or plaited hair. Just make sure that the irritation is not serious. If your hair falls when you scratch the itching area, then you have to consult a dermatologist.   How to make
